Clinical Staff Support Full-Time

Department: Clinical Intake
Location: Valdosta, GA

Position Goal

To accurately record patient health history and provide clinical/office support as needed

Position Responsibilities:

  • Accurately collects and enter patient health history
  • Take vitals upon check in
  • Escort patients to triage area
  • Serves as back-up (office/clinical area) as directed.
  • Travel to satellite offices to provide clinic coverage when needed
  • Cross Train with office staff as directed; assists office operations as directed by supervisor. 

Experience: One year previous medical relevant experience required. Manual and electronic blood pressure experience preferred.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Special Qualifications:

Required:

  • Must be able to work independently and have working knowledge of HIPAA requirements. 
  • Knowledge of health care field a plus.
  • Must maintain BLS certification.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
